TOPPDRIFT: Round 3
Finally had time to make it out to one of the Toppdrift events. I especially had to make it out to this one because the homie Martino brought out his 180sx for a shakedown after a long build. Had to see that motherfucker play! It worked so good! Should be uploading some footy of him ripping around. Unfortunately we showed up a bit late so I missed a lot of the action and didn’t get to shoot much. Oh well! All in all it was a good day. The weather couldn’t have been better and it seemed as though everyone was having fun. That’s what it’s all about. It was also cool seeing everyones progression. everyone had more power, more skill, more balls. That’s the recipe for cool shit to happen. K BYE!

Eggplant XB
My homie Kris bought an XB last year and finally picked up some wheels to play nice with his coilovers. He picked up the wheels (XXR 527) and tires (Nankang NS-20) yesterday afternoon (Thanks Tires23!!) then we headed out to Jon Lee’s shop to do some fender work since the sizing was rather agressive (18×9.75 + 215/40/18). Jon put in work and got the wheels to fit awesome. We still some minor rubbing issues but it was getting late so we decided to call it a night. He’s gonna fine tune the fenders this week then the Eggplant XB should be good to go! Hit the link for more!!!

Back in Action… Soon
Sup nigglets!? I know it’s been a while, but I live in Canada, where cool cars die for six months during the winter. Thankfully that time is slowly (really fucking slowly) coming to an end, and it’s almost time to revive the car from it’s long, cold, hiatus. Last night my dude Liam came over and helped me tune the new wheels onto the car.
We played with the coilovers, and alignment to get the car to sit how we wanted. Unfortunately my poor choice of tire sizes means the car is not drivable until I get new ones, but this was to get the gist of how the car would sit, and to get me excited to drive it again. It worked. I can’t wait to fucking hang out with my friends and drive around this Spring/Summer. I’ll leave you guys with a few pictures of the car. Just some teasers. Hang in there!!!
Oh and Liam + Shank + Coilover = Good.
Oliver’s Rafts // ODDCPL
Stopped by the ChopShop a couple of nights ago with Trnka and Oliver to see the progress on the Z. Every time I see this thing I can’t help but get excited to see it ripping around. Oliver says that should be happening next spring, so get ready. Stupid low, Rb20, NOS, Wilwoods, Defis, and a bunch of other gang shit. This Z is going to be a Fuckin’ Problem.
