Finally get to play.

I finally got the Silvia registered and all legal again to drive around after being stored for winter. Just in time for the good weather too. Didn’t do everything I wanted over the winter but who cares. I’m just glad I’m driving the Sillyvia again. It runs great, drives awesome, and looks cool. All there’s left to do is get my kit painted and installed which will HOPEFULLY happen this week since I have a couple days off work.

I need to get these wheels refinished later on this year. They’ve seen better days. I still like them better than the 5Zigens though. A few of my friends think I should have kept it the way it was… nah. I don’t miss driving on 17s AT ALL. I a bit lower than I was before and I don’t scrape shit anymore. Just a small update. I’m gonna start posting regularly again. Promise!

No time for updates. I’ll be back on my grind when I get back to Toronto. I tried editing a few shots but it’s impossible editing with portable photoshop on a fucking netbook. Here’s a shot of me overlooking Medellin. Beautiful sights! Hope everyone had an awesome Christmas and y’all better be getting ready to send off 2011 proper. 2012 here we come. AYYYYYY!

P.S. My flight back to Toronto falls on Friday the 13th. EEK!

The CoolKidsDrift team headed out to Woodbridge, Ontario along side Sailun Tires to showcase some controlled chaos. Crowds started gathering as soon people got a whiff of the burned rubber. So much so that the cops showed up and shut us down due to traffic concerns. There were people stopping dead in their tracks and getting out of their cars to watch. We were still able to get in about 4 hours of solid “streeting.” Make sure you check out the homies over at CoolKidsClub.ca

Fisheye’d Series

Sup!? Just a quick update. I’ve still been getting bombarded with school work, but I’ve been shooting around with friends and I decided I’m starting a new photo series called Fisheye’d. Basically it’s going to be Portraits shot with my Sigma 10mm of friends, family, and people I consider important in my life. By the end of the series I want to have a bunch of dope fisheye portraits of most of my friends, family, etc. Be on the lookout for the first photo of the series this weekend!
