We played with the coilovers, and alignment to get the car to sit how we wanted. Unfortunately my poor choice of tire sizes means the car is not drivable until I get new ones, but this was to get the gist of how the car would sit, and to get me excited to drive it again. It worked. I can’t wait to fucking hang out with my friends and drive around this Spring/Summer. I’ll leave you guys with a few pictures of the car. Just some teasers. Hang in there!!!

Oh and Liam + Shank + Coilover = Good.

Stopped by the ChopShop a couple of nights ago with Trnka and Oliver to see the progress on the Z. Every time I see this thing I can’t help but get excited to see it ripping around. Oliver says that should be happening next spring, so get ready. Stupid low, Rb20, NOS, Wilwoods, Defis, and a bunch of other gang shit. This Z is going to be a Fuckin’ Problem.

Ollie stripped the paint down to bare metal, and that’s how the car is going to look. He’s going to spray some clear on it so it’ll be nice and shiny. It’s going to look unreal. UNREAL. Peep the Wilwoods!

The party truck is also getting a full strip down, but this one’s going to have an acid bath treatment as opposed to the clear on the Z. It’s funny how I’m paranoid about any little spot of rust on my Silvia, and this motherfucker is making his shit rust on purpose. Is this real life? I love it though. It’s going to look fucking cool, specially with the new Diamonds.

He told me something about supercharging the party truck after he’s done with the Z. Don’t tell him I told you though, and don’t quote me on it. All I know is that if, and when he does supercharge it, he’s going to have a hard time deciding which “raft” to drive. I know I would. Im pretty sure the motor on this is all stock, but it still lays down some awesome burnouts.

Ollie asked me ONE favor that night. He said “Will you take a cool picture of my truck doing a burnout?” so I says to him, I says… FUCK YEHHH! all while throwing up some OddCouple gang gestures. The party truck has a Welded diff in it now so cool burnouts every time we go somewhere is a must.

So if there is one thing you should take away from this blog post, that is that Oliver builds cool cars, definitely hates paint, and likes to do burnouts. On a side note, A few of you guys requested I post some more pictures of that crazy Jetta coupe that Kevin Duggan is building up at the ChopShop. I’ll have a blog post with a few more pictures of it soon!

One of the drawbacks of owning a white car is that it gets dirty super quick. I don’t wash it as often as I should, so as soon as the water hits the car you see the paint become a couple shades lighter. Once I have accomplished that beautiful shine that only coin washes are capable of, I drive home feeling like the fucking man. By the time I get home the car looks as if it’s never been washed. Hurts my feelings. =/

Liam and Jesse do spin outs and stuff. This took place in a closed course with the supervision of Superman and the Hulk for precautionary measures. I slid around in the Silvia too but unfortunately the footage was lost when we had to evacuate the area due to a nearby volcano erupting. All that said… Fun was had. #OddCouple
